Since 2021, homegrown teams from across the Sandlot Universe have congregated at the Field of Dreams Movie Site in Dyersville, IA for the Sandlot Bash. This year, Pillbox created a one-of-a-kind CORN player bat to commemorate the occasion and to contribute to the event's fundraiser for the Field of BIG Dreams organization.

Because of the overwhelming feedback and love this bat received, we've decided to offer a customizable version celebrating the 2022 Sandlot Bash participating teams:

We're also going to add a few more dollars to the 'Field of Big Dreams' fundraising pot. 10% of the proceeds of this limited run of 'Big Corn Dreams' bats will go to the Field of Big Dreams organization to help continue their mission of raising funds in support of organizations offering programs that improve the emotional and mental health of children with cancer, veterans, and their families. 

Choose between an ART BAT (for looks - not recommended for game use) or a PLAYER BAT. 

Color chosen will be the base color of the bat. Corn will be as pictured. 

If choosing a player bat, a member of our team will reach out for customizations.

STANDARD GRADE MAPLE AND ASH: All of the wood for our art baseball bats is selected from hand-split stock wood - the same way they did it in the old days. Why is this important? It's all about getting the straightest grain wood bat possible. Nowadays, many wood providers use large saw equipment to cut lumber, producing high yields but also cutting across the face or tangential grain. Hand-split, lumber naturally follows the tangential grain, strengthening the baseball bat and lets the wood’s natural beauty shine through.
