Which products do we accept returns on?
We are happy to accept returns on any products unless the product page indicates otherwise (i.e. 2nd Sale, etc.)
Manufacturer Defect or other error that is on us: We will refund the entire order - shipping included. In this case we will send a return label for the product to be returned to us as well.
Non-defect Returns: In the case that you just want to return the product for a reason other than a manufacturer defect or error on our part we will refund the price of the product - but not the cost of shipping. We will not send a return label for the product in this case either. Sorry - we're a small business and shipping cost money.
How to process a return?
We will ask you to ship the product back to us before we process any refund. Once we receive the return we will proceed with any refund or exchange.
