Shipping policy
How long until my order is shipped?
- Shipping times will vary, however, we do everything we can to ship all orders as fast as possible. For made-to-order items please allow about 4 weeks for your order to be shipped. In stock orders should ship within a few days.
How do you ship my order?
- We use USPS Priority Mail and UPS Ground for all domestic shipments. When your order is shipped you will receive a confirmation email to let you know your order is on it's way with tracking information. See below for information on international shipping.
Do you charge sales tax?
- We must charge sales tax for all orders that are shipped to a Minnesota address. If that applies to you, the tax will be added when you check out.
Do you ship internationally?
- Yes, we can ship to most international destinations. We try to ship using the most affordable rates, so your tracking information will tell you what carrier was selected and will usually give an ETA. Delivery may take up to 14 business days or longer, depending on your location.
- Each country has their own tax, duties, and custom charges. Since these cannot be determined until the package goes through customs, any additional charges are the recipient’s responsibility. Pillbox cannot be held responsible for any additional charges accrued.
